    Once you have listened to this recording daily for 4 weeks, you may choose to continue with the Sun Meditation. The Sun Meditation is a breathing meditation, that allows to activate, connect, and balance the three nerve centers of brain, heart, and pelvic organs. 

     

    Activation and balance of these three centers, which have been previously introduced and prepared in the Deep Trance Meditation, are helpful to develop health, personal development, and successful goal achievement. The activation happens through the imagination of the light, warmth, and life of the sun circulating between the three centres of brain, heart and pelvis, and the use of simple affirmations. 

     

    Once you have practiced the Sun Meditation with its instructions for two weeks, you can start using the Sun Breath Pacer instead. 

     

    There are three different versions  of the Sun Meditation, and you can either chose the one that is most suitable for you, or just run through all three versions consecutively, changing every 2 to 4 weeks. 

     

    The Sun meditation combines coherence breathing, dynamic visualization, gratitude and enthusiasm, and affirmations for improved health, personal resilience, productivity, and success.

     

    Ultimately you will train yourself to practice the Sun Mediation without any recordings.
